About Us

The National Forum for Black Public Administrators Central Arizona Chapter (NFBPA CAC) is the principal and most progressive organization dedicated to the advancement of black public leadership in local and state governments. 

 

NFBPA is an independent, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1983. With over 2,500 members, NFBPA has established a national reputation for designing and implementing quality leadership development initiatives of unparalleled success.

The Central Arizona Chapter (CAC) comprises incorporated and unincorporated Maricopa, Pima, Yavapai Counties. CAC continues to grow, as we are always seeking individuals with new thoughts and ideas to broaden the positive impact of our initiatives and programs.

Our Mission

To serve as a catalyst for linking public and private organizations, as well as academic institutions to support the professional development of African-Americans choosing public service careers.
