NFBPA Central Arizona
NFBPA is an independent, nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1983. With more than 2,500 members nationwide, NFBPA is recognized for advancing excellence in public service through high-quality leadership development, professional growth, and initiatives that strengthen the next generation of public-sector leaders.
OUR MISSION
To serve as a catalyst for linking public and private organizations, as well as academic institutions to support the professional development of Individuals choosing public service careers.
We prepare and groom leaders by mentoring, coaching and providing leadership development for Individuals choosing public service.
We employ multiple modes of communication and cutting-edge leadership principles to enhance knowledge and skills for professional advancement of its members.
Our Local Chapter
The Central Arizona Chapter (CAC) comprises incorporated and unincorporated Maricopa, Pima, Yavapai Counties. CAC continues to grow, as we are always seeking individuals with new thoughts and ideas to broaden the positive impact of our initiatives and programs.
